By the 2008-2009 school year and thereafter, a child must be 5 years old respectively, on or before September 1 of a school year to be age-eligible for admission to The Diener School kindergarten program.

The Diener School will assess each child based on their individual strengths as well as their developmental delays. These delays may fall into the disciplines of speech and language, academic/cognitive, occupational, sensory, social, emotional, or attentional deficits, and learning disabilities.
